Mary Anne leads PrimenAI's strategy, service development, client partnerships, and delivery direction. Her professional experience spans product ownership, project and program management, Scrum leadership, Agile coaching, technology delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.
She has led digital initiatives across AI, SaaS platforms, education technology, e-commerce, workflow automation, and business operations. Her approach centers on translating complex business requirements into practical roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and well-governed delivery plans.
