What this measures

The PrimenAI Readiness Indicator is a directional view of where your organisation stands today — and, more usefully, which dimension is holding you back.

21 questions, 7 dimensions

Three questions each on value, process, data, technology, governance, people, and operations.

Immediate results

Your indicator, stage, all seven dimension scores, and your primary constraint — no email required.

A directional indicator

A self-assessment based on your own answers. Not a certification, audit, or industry benchmark.

Dimension 01

Business Value

A defined problem, a measurable outcome, and a reason AI is the right instrument.

1.Have you identified specific business problems where AI could create measurable value?
2.Are expected outcomes for those use cases defined in business terms (cost, time, revenue, quality, risk)?
3.Is there an executive sponsor accountable for AI outcomes rather than AI experiments?
Dimension 02

Process Readiness

The work is understood well enough to know what to augment and what to automate.

4.Are the processes you want to improve documented well enough for someone outside the team to follow?
5.Are the key steps, decision points, exceptions, and escalation paths in those processes sufficiently understood?
6.Do you know the current volume, cycle time, or effort of those processes?
Dimension 03

Data Readiness

The information the system needs is accessible, reliable, current, and governed.

7.Is the data needed for these use cases available in systems you control or can access?
8.Is that data reasonably complete, current, and consistent in structure?
9.Do you know who owns the data and under what terms it can be used?
Dimension 04

Technology & Integration

The systems, APIs, identity model, and infrastructure the solution must live inside.

10.Do the systems involved offer APIs, exports, or integration points you can use?
11.Do you have environments where new solutions can be built and tested without disrupting operations?
12.Is there internal or partner capability to support integrations once they are live?
Dimension 05

Governance, Risk & Security

What the AI may do, what requires human approval, and how actions are logged.

13.Do you have clear rules for how sensitive or personal data may be used with AI systems?
14.Is there a defined review or approval path before an AI system reaches real users?
15.Are human oversight and escalation expectations defined for AI-assisted decisions?
Dimension 06

People & Adoption

Ownership, accountability, changed ways of working, and the change effort required.

16.Do the teams affected understand how AI would change their day-to-day work?
17.Is there capacity from those teams to participate in design, testing, and rollout?
18.Is there a plan for training and support when a new AI-enabled way of working goes live?
Dimension 07

Operating & Delivery

Who builds it, who runs it, and how quality and cost are monitored after go-live.

19.Is funding available to move beyond a pilot into production?
20.Is ownership defined for running, monitoring, and improving an AI system after launch?
21.Do you have a way to measure whether a deployed solution is delivering the intended outcome?
